So... I may have taken Hot Girl Summer too far. It went from Hot Girl Summer to Hot Wing Summer very quickly. We are preparing to graduate and this leads to a big ol' bin of excuses and explanations but the bottom line is: I have not been working out like I should. It has dropped from 3-4 days a week to just 1 day a week.

I am still in the game but I'm gunning for last place. However, I am not upset or disappointed in myself. I have to maintain a balance between emotionally exhaustive tasks and physically exhaustive tasks. Whether I weigh 3 pounds or 300 pounds, my primary objective is to pass my last class and graduate on August 3rd.

Does this mean that I am purposely going to avoid the gym when I have the time to go?

No, of course not. It means that I have not been actively pushing myself as much as I could because I have other tasks that I should do in the meantime.

Also, the gym and healthy eating go hand in hand. So I've tried to supplement lack of traditional exercise with eating wisely. And I am successful 65 - 70% of the time. I am emotional eater and unwinding myself from that learned behavior is going to take more than 60 days. So, Hot Girl Summer is gonna turn in to Lose the Fat Fall, and Work it off Winter.

Which means there’s a YouFit Gym Membership with my name on it, waiting for me when I move home after graduation. I've got big plans for my life and I need a high functioning body to take me there!

Well, my #HotGyalSummer is currently failing. I have not been able to make it to the gym for the past two weeks due to my hectic life right now. Between moving, traveling back and forth to my mom, and work, I have little time for myself much less the gym.

It's been really difficult to stay motivated to work out and eat healthy while also taking my final classes. I am TIREDT all the time and I really just want to pass my classes and get out of here.

I know it shouldn't but my physical health has been taking the backseat lately. I am just completely focused on staying mentally healthy and getting my diploma.

After graduation I will be joining the gym and hopefully working out at least 4 times a week. As for the rest of the summer I will try to continue eating healthy and maybe I will make it to the gym. No matter what happens I am just trying to live my best life and whatever happens, happens.
